Bids invited for £19.5m Walsall housing maintenance contract

Beechdale Community Housing Association is inviting contractors to bidfor a 10-year £19.5 million contract for repairs and maintenance acrossits housing stock in Walsall.

The contract, which is split into two-lots, covers the provision of a responsive repairs service, voids service, planned works, cyclical decorating works, gas servicing and breakdowns, grounds maintenance and cleaning works.

At least five contractors will be shortlisted and invited to tender on 30 October.

The deadline for pre-qualification questionnaires is 19 October.
