Argyll and Bute installation framework worth £15m up for grabs

Contractors are being invited to bid for a four-year £15 million framework agreement covering the second phase of Argyll Community Housing Association’s heating investment programme.

The scope of work includes the replacement of 2,500 heating systems and rewiring of 1,800 electrical systems across properties in Argyll and Bute.

Up to 12 firms could be appointed to the agreement but it is thought that no more than six will be invited to tender in August.

Contractors have until 26 May to submit pre-qualification questionnaires.
