Mersey NHS Trust advertises £15.5m M&E framework

Mersey Care NHS Trust is to set up a four year £15.5 million framework covering building and M&E services across its high security and community services properties.

Under the single operator agreement, the contractor will be required to carry out planned preventative maintenance, unplanned and emergency maintenance as well as minor new works.

The trust provides specialist mental health services in the Liverpool, Sefton and Kirkby areas, medium secure services in Merseyside and Cheshire, and high secure services covering England and Wales.

Interested contractors have until 16 February to express an interest and submit pre-qualification questionnaires.
